This Privacy Policy explains how Textrik ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. Textrik is a text utility application that provides tools such as word counting, case conversion, find & replace, text cleanup, sorting, and related text-processing features.
We built Textrik with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not collect any personal or sensitive data.
2. Information We Collect
Textrik does not collect any personal information. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

3. How the App Processes Text
Any text you type or paste into Textrik is processed entirely on your device using local, offline logic. This text is never transmitted to us or to any third-party server, because Textrik does not have an internet permission and cannot send data anywhere.
The App may store your recently used text locally on your device (for example, to show your "Recent History") using a local database. This data:
- Stays only on your device
- Is never uploaded, synced, or shared with us or any third party
- Can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data/cache from your device settings, or by using an in-app clear history option if available
- Is automatically removed if you uninstall the App
4. Permissions
Textrik requests zero runtime/dangerous permissions. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, location, or any other sensitive device permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Textrik does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. The App does not share any data with third parties because no data is collected in the first place.
6. Children's Privacy
Textrik does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no personal data at all, it does not pose data-collection risks to users of any age.
7. Data Security
Since all data processing happens locally on your device and no information is transmitted to external servers, there is no server-side data for us to secure or that could be exposed in a data breach.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Because Textrik does not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. Any locally stored text history is fully within your control and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
